What You Can Expect
First Things First
Before we get started, we want you to know, there is never a charge to a candidate to utilize our services.
Step One: Schedule a Call
There is a scheduling tool on the bottom of the page for a call or you can use the form below and send in your resume and we will reach out to you to schedule a call. The recruiter that reaches out will continue to be "your" recruiter throughout your journey.
Step Two: We Talk!
The first thing we need to do is get to know each other. You need to feel confident that you can trust us, hear about the positions we have open and if there are none that interest you, we need to find you one that does! We need to learn who you are beyond your resume and listen to what your career goals are and what you are hoping to achieve. Together, we can decide how best EPR can help you.
Step Three: Resume Review
Through our discussion, we will figure out if your resume needs updated, if you have left out any important skills or achievements or the format is not to your liking - all of those things and more - if it needs it, together we will give it a good tweaking!
Step Four: Submit to Company
From our conversations, we will get to know you and write a brief biography about you to accompany your resume. Before we submit you to a company for review, we will share what we have written with you so that we can ensure all the facts are right and that you feel it's a good reflection of who you are and what you have achieved.
Step Five: We Talk Again (and again and again!)
Our job isn't over - it's just beginning! We will keep you in the loop every step of the way and help you navigate the interviewing process. We help you to prepare by offering you advice, resources and whatever else we can assist you with to ensure you are ready and confident for your interview - From our first conversation until your first day on the job and beyond, we will be here for you.
